I guess that many people that are in the market for a new iPhone may be holding off to see if anything is announced on the iPhone 5. Some will have upgrade options coming up and will be interested to find out the costs of the iPhone 5 when exchanging (or selling) our old phones.
If you can’t wait – and let’s face it, we could be looking at September/October 2011 before the iPhone 5 arrives, then I’ve been looking at the current UK based iPhone deals and packages direct from the main networks. My main focus is on the data plans as I don’t actually ‘talk’ that much on the iPhone but do use a lot of internet data.
I visited each major UK mobile phone company online and headed straight for the iPhone options. I based the results on a 16GB iPhone 4 in White on a 24 month contract with a monthly budget of around £35. I have not looked at any other ‘perks’ you may get with the package – so please only use this as a start to your own research.
