I’ve noticed that Google Latitude have updated their web based dashboard recently and It has suddenly become a lot more usable. I have historical location data for most of this year and Latitude is now giving different ways to view that data and see your location habits. I use Latitude a fair bit to allow co-workers (and the wife) to see where I am. I find it especially useful when the kettle needs to be put on.

Being a Google product it obviously runs well on Andriod devices but if you have an iPhone you can download Latitudie which runs in the background pinging your location using GPS or Cell tower accuracy (to reduce battery drain).
