BeerSwap - The Selection

While everyone else involved in #BeerSwap is off tonight for the start of the Wetherspoon Real Ale Festival I am selecting and packing my beers for #BeerSwap. I'm obvously not going to let the cat out of the bag with regards to who I am sending my beers to, but I am going to list my selection below.

Nutbrook Brewery for Croots
Cow Juice Milk Stout
(6%)
Brewed in a traditional way using sugars also found in milk, which gives it a full bodied, thicker taste. With familiar roasted stout flavours it gives it a warm soothing taste.

Amber Ales
Imperial Pale Ale (6.5%)

A substantial malty base with a big hop character from dry hopping in the cask, this robust IPA was a silver medal winner at SIBA 2007. It takes a cue both from the traditional Burton world-beater and also from the hoppy US craft beers, using a combination of Nugget and Golding hops.
Derventio Brewery
Emperor's Whim (4.2%)

A golden hoppy ale with a long bitter finish. Brewed with the finest malted barley, Cascade and WGV Hops.
Derby Brewing Company
Old Intentional (5%)

A rich full bodied premium bitter with a delicate hop finish SIBA Midlands region Bronze Award Winner 'Best premium bitter category'

I just hope it arrives ok, and a tear will leave my eye as I wave the parcel of my best loved beers from Derbyshire goodbye.
